1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item, we are fully committed to making it right.

Please provide clear photo evidence of the issue along with your order number.

Upon verification, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method at no extra cost to you.
2. Size Exchange and Change of Mind
Because every item is custom-printed upon receiving your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size charts before ordering).

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
For confirmed damaged or defective items, you do not need to ship the item back to us, and no return shipping fees will apply. Do not mail any items back to the manufacturer or Printify unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
