Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TrendPulse Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Standard Shipping across Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Payment Methods & Verification

To make shopping convenient for you, we support the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash directly to the courier rider when your package is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Bank Transfer / Digital Wallets: You can also choose to pay via direct bank transfer or mobile wallets during checkout. For bank transfers, order processing will begin once the payment confirmation/receipt is verified by our team.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

TrendPulse Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if handled improperly by the courier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team with unboxing proof so we can assist you.
